TBP undertake the full range of architectural and associated services, or can provide partial services as appropriate to a projects needs.  CDM Coordinator and Project Management services particularly are frequently provided as an integral element to a project or as a separate, independent service. DESIGN AND BUILD PARTNERSHIP Many Client's seek a single point source for project delivery.  TBP are partnered with reputable Building Contractors/Interior Contractors to facilitate the process where required.  The procurement package can be tailored to suit the needs of each particular project on the Client's behalf.  In such instances the Contract is let with the Contractor on a "Design and Build" basis. PARTNERING WITH OTHER PROFESSIONALS Where the complexities of a project may necessitate the services of other professionals such as Structural Engineers, Building Services Consultants or Quantity Surveyors, TBP partner with other disciplines to provide an integrated service package if required by our Client's. OVERSEAS TBP also partner with Bruno Architects in New York and Building Contractors in Pennsylvania and Tennessee
